Raven Stead I have fallen in love with this release. Superb guitar work that draws you into the rich dark atmosphere created by the music. Harsh emotive vocals that never become weak are braided perfectly with some clean vox. The melodies are dark and repetitive yet never become boring, instead cloaking the listener with a desire to hear more. Deserves a vinyl release. I'll be among the first in line to get whatever Vyrju offers next! Favorite track: There Is No Grave Big Enough to Take All My Sorrows.

This album is pure brilliance from start to finish. INRVI has taken the dissonant, technical black metal formula and perfected it; intertwining such beautifully inspiring consonant melodies to complement the intricately punishing dissonant ones. I can only hope he one day decides to start working on VI again; he's created the finest black metal I think I've ever heard. This vinyl is joining my collection of all time favorites. absconditus
